 Cross-Bar Refund & Return Policy

 

​Thank you for shopping with Cross-Bar | Christian Hockey Apparel. We’re committed to delivering high-quality, faith-forward gear made to inspire purpose on and off the ice. Since all items are printed and fulfilled on-demand through our partner Printful, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Because each product is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • General dissatisfaction with style or fit

 

We encourage you to check our size guide before completing your purchase.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

 

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Provide a clear photo of the item, including the damage/defect and the label

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we’ll investigate the shipment. In cases where the package is lost in transit due to a carrier error, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

 

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

 

If you entered an incorrect address and the package is returned or lost, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

International Orders (Outside Canada):
We do not charge Canadian sales tax on international orders. Buyers outside Canada are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by their local authorities upon delivery.

 

REFUNDS (If Applicable)

 

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

 

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your package was lost by the carrier

 

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
